Phil is a seasoned financial professional, having spent the last 15 years in the mortgage industry, and 9 years prior to that as a financial planner.  His valuable experience in helping individuals and families meet their financial goals helps assure that his clients will be provided with solutions that fit their specific needs.

He also has extensive technology experience as he ran the Sales Technology department for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation for 8 years.  During this time, he developed the LoanAdvisor system, which provided the Realtor community with over 10,000 listing flyers and customer financing proposals per month.  The technology tools provided to HomeBanc's sales force helped them become one of the largest lenders in the Southeast with over 500 loan originators.

Phil has obtained the prestigious Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College, and has helped hundreds of clients obtain home financing. As a student-athlete, he graduated from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and played 4 years of varsity baseball.   He has coached travel baseball and fastpitch softball for the past 15 years in the East Cobb Baseball, East Cobb Fastpitch, and Atlanta Vipers organizations.

Phil resides in Acworth, GA, and has four children.  Lauren is in the Physician's Assistant program at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Brittany recently graduated from MCG's nursing program and will begin her nursing career at Athens Regional Hospital in August, Joseph is a sophomore at KSU, and Taylor is a senior at Kell High School.
