With over 20 years experience, Richard is a veteran in the home lending industry. His comprehensive approach with his customers garnered him much success throughout his career. He was consistently within the top producers in his company and was named in the Top 200 Originators in Mortgage Originator Magazine. His ability to integrate technology and maintain a caring hand makes the loan process quick, seamless and individual to each client’s needs. With this strategy, Richard was able to serve 900 customers annually and close $163 million in residential mortgages.

In 2001, Richard joined the management team at HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. He quickly climbed the ranks to Senior Vice President of Georgia Sales where he led 300 associates and oversaw $3 billion in loan origination. HomeBanc was not only one of the top residential lenders in the Southeast, it was ranked 14th on Fortunes Best Places to Work list in 2004.

Today, Richard has over $1.6 billion in mortgages under management. He continues to provide world class service to his clients and his community. He is a passionate fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and actively involved in coaching and raising his two sons with his wife of 12 years.
